HE's Token Lock-up of the Team and Advisors will be extended.

Dear Heroes & Empires Community,
We would like to announce that the HE’s Token Lock-up of the Team and Advisors will be extended.
Because of the wishes of the H&E community, we opted to agree with proposal 4.

👉 Total voted: 8,521,965 $HE (representing 19.27% of the total stake pool).
👉 The proposal received 8,314,616 $HE votes (97.57% of the vote).
As a result, the proposal "Lock HE tokens of team and advisors 1 more year" has been approved, and we will move forward with the proposal.
After some internal discussion and sending a notification email to advisors, we decided that Advisor & Team tokens will be locked one more year.
We and our advisors must acknowledge that liquidity is currently low, the game requires time to complete and adapt to the market/economy in the game, such as:
(1) Change from Play-2-Earn to Skill-2-Earn.
(2) GEM invention, ingame currency.
(3) Creating OverSpell - RPG Battle Royale game, which uses the same NFT and token as Heroes & Empires.
(4) Expand the ecosystem with DOS Subnet.
And with this decision, we are always committed to accompanying, and listening to community opinions with a progressive spirit.
